About the Role
Job Title: Associate Project Manager
Location: Remote- UK Based with occasional travel to London
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of small to mid-sized technology projects within a global environment. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate standard or technical projects from initiation through completion.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring financial performance and client satisfaction.
- Support senior project managers in the delivery of larger, complex projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project delivery methodologies and governance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management.
- 1+ years’ experience in project management, preferably in technology services.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project tools (e.g., Monday.com), PMP or PRINCE2 Foundation preferred.
- Ability to manage remote teams and work across global time zones.
Preferred Experience:
- IT/Technology project environments (e.g., AV, UC, LAN/WAN, IPT).
- Experience managing budgets, revenue forecasts, and client expectations.
